East Riding of Yorkshire Council Section 77 of the School Standards and Frameworks Act 1998

In line with legislation, East Riding of Yorkshire Council is consulting over the disposal of 3.78 ha of land at the current St Anne’s School, Residence and Sixth Form College Site, St. Helen’s Drive, Welton, HU15 1NR.

The school are moving to a purpose-built new building in Hessle from September 2022 and following this, the Council is reviewing its future need for the site.

The land comprising of, playing fields, hard standing, informal play areas, parking, and marginal areas together with buildings is no longer required by the school and alternative uses are being considered.

A public consultation event is being held on:

Friday 22 July 2022 from 10.30am to 7pm
