Removal of the Adventure Trail - Elloughton Village Hall Playground

Sad news for Elloughton Village Hall Playground as the Adventure Trail has had to be removed yesterday. Unfortunately, it failed its recent Health and Safety inspection due to rot in a majority of the timber uprights and loose foundations. The Town Council are currently researching alternative pieces of play equipment that may be able to replace it, although due to costs and equipment lead times this may take some time. The safety of playground users is always the top priority to the Town Council hence the swift removal.

Keep Elloughton cum Brough Tidy Campaign

Have you seen the new “Keep Elloughton cum Brough Tidy” signage in and around the Town?

All the students of Elloughton Primary, Welton Primary and Hunsley Primary did a fabulous job on their designs. Here are just a few of the students with their installed pieces!

Lets all work together to Help Keep Elloughton cum Brough a tidy place to live!
